BSA Tower Serviced Residences

BSA excellent location just across the street from Greenbelt entrance. Bed comfortable and clean, Only issue is only 2 socket plugs so I couldn't plug in laptop until I got an adapter.

None!! The room is old and dingy and it smells. 😚The towels and beddings are so old we were afraid to sleep in the bed. We cover the beds with our beach towels and used our sweaters as blanket. Bath & Foot towel in the bathroom are so old we were even afraid to use them. The next day I requested the room steward to find us a clean and new beddings.Please throw them away!! It is a shame for the location is great! I or my friends and family will never ever stay in that place again!! That was an awful experience for me and my friend!!

Central location close to all amenities. Okay for a short stay. Bathroom towels not the best though. Could be a bit noisy. Sound proffing inside building is inadequate. However staff are friendly and building security is good.

The service was slow. The water pressure at the shower was not that strong. Toilet was clogged I tested it even when I just checked in. Also upon checking out service was too slow.

Not too bad for the price. It was spacious, limited furnishings with kitchen, central location, OK service, extra charge for breakfast, cleanliness was decent, need was decent, balcony didn't open & limited business services.

Internet is unstable. Location is the best. I wish room were cleaner because I saw some cockroaches.

Satisfactory. People are very courteous and helpful.

I already submitted a review recently re:same subject matter. I repeat: the guards, door handlers, administrative staff, and housekeeping were all friendly, helpful and makes the guests feel at home. Special mention- Cliff of IT helped as with our iPhone connection problems, Jose(housekeeping ) cleaned our room (909) everyday neatly, Juliet (housekeeping)pick up our laundry & followed laundry instructions and of course the whole staff all with a smile. If we call for assistance/help the waiting time is zero, response is quick. Front desk is efficiently run. Regrets: We were not assigned a renovated room.

Close to shops convenient service was great staff out standing but have to say the room is outdated old worn out but close to all thanks BSA hope by the time we come back the rooms have been updated
