BSA Tower Serviced Residences

I do not like anything. It’s noisy, I hear next door hammering the wall. The towels are discolored & worn off. Service is slow. Breakfast is terrible. There are rust & green spots on the faucet. No hot water in the faucet to wash face.

It’s in the centre of Makati very convenient. Needs more improvement on services.

The location was perfect, staff were attentive and helpful. The first room I stayed at, the bathroom was a bit outdated but the 2nd room I stayed at was recently renovated and was far better. Would stay here again.

Well located, easy to find reasonably priced

Don't be deceive by the pictures online, the room looks dark, dated and not properly maintained. The towels looks dirty. This property needs renovation. I was told that some rooms were renovated and I was put to one, the only thing that they fixed in the renovated room that I am in was the bathroom, the parquet flooring is still there. The AC wasn't working properly. The only reason we are staying here is because of the location, also, the staffs were nice.

Location was great . Lack of kitchen utensils . Mold in kitchen and bathroom areas. Towels too worn out and unclean.

It was okay

Room was good size and in great area. Towels were old and need to be replaced. Breakfast was okay. Staff were very friendly.

Older toilet and bathroom facilities and needs to be replaced
