Close to Green belt malls and cleaners are good in cleaning. Receptionist during check out need to be a bit friendly Aircon abit noisy in the rooms abs not very cold

Location is excellent. Location is right across Greenbelt 5 where restaurants and shops are. But property, furniture and fixtures are quite old and lighting a bit dark.

Great location. Very convenient. Just across the the street to the malls (GREENBELT, LANDMARK, GLORIETTA). The staff are professional, courteous, helpful and man their posts 24/7. Elevators run smoothly and fast. Spacious room, very quiet and relaxing at our level.( 32nd floor). We decided to extend our stay from five(5) days to thirteen (13) days. There are a few things to be desired though. A bigger dining table, more chairs/stools for occasional guests, more kitchen/dining stuff.

Not recommended

Although the property isn’t very modern, the rooms are descent and clean. What I like about the property is the close proximity to Greenbelt 5 Mall; it is literally across the street. The location is convenient and safe. Lastly, although the towels in the room are worn out, I would still recommend this property.

furniture and fixtures from 2 decades ago. poor lightning, Poor maintenance, No gym access, full of ants and crawlers everywhere!! Can't control the AC. Breakfast is inedible.. The only single redeeming factor is it's close to the mall. Other than that - STAY AWAY!!

The proximity to Greenbelt. The friendliness of tje staff and security guards and cleaning people.

The staff were very attentive

Treated like royalty, room was extremely large and had kitchenette, nice pool up on the upper level, great fitness center. Was given a tour of the roof, nice gardens up there and a great view. Loved my stay here.
