Hotel manager & staff, guard/doorman & bellman very helpful, kind & accomodating. Housekeeping service excellent. Room cleaned, bed linens & towels changed everyday. Security well maintained. Convenient & accessible to chapel, restaurants, shopping, hair salon, museum & park. We were so delighted to stay for 26 days and will highly recommend BSA Tower to our relatives & friends in New York City.

Hotel manager & staff, guard/doorman & bellman very kind, helpful & accomodating. Security well maintained. Housekeeping service excellent. Room cleaned, bed linens & towels changed everyday. Convenient & accessible to chapel, restaurants, shopping, museum & park. Hotel is right accross Greenbelt 5. We were delighted to stay for 26 days and will highly recommend BSA Tower to our relatives & friends in New York City.

"An OK condotel in a good area."

Good, no-frills serviced apartment in a good, central shopping district. Very spacious. We've stayed there before & this unit was much better furnished than the last one. Not all units are the same since they're privately-owned furnished condos. The white towels they provided are very dingy & didn't look clean at all. We ended up buying new ones from Landmark. I suggest you bring your own. They should also provide written directions on how to operate the in-room safe.
