Good location and service was good. Very basic, no amenities but service was excellent.

Location is convenient to anything. You need not use a car/taxi to navigate to practically anything you need.. With the horrendous traffic in Manila, this place is in the center of everything.

We always stay at BSA towers every time we’re in Manila because of their superb location. Located across Greenbelt 5 with easy access to Glorietta and SM Makati Malls. Price is very reasonable (given the location). Check in was easy, room and restroom were dated and need renovations but the room was huge with lots of space. Didn’t see any roaches this time which was a definite plus. Breakfast was meh. Staff is always very accommodating. When we were in Manila, there were monsoon rains because of a storm and we were stuck in front of Greenbelt 5 and couldn’t walk across the street to the hotel because we had no umbrella. The bell staff and security literally stopped traffic and picked us up with umbrellas and walked us across the street back to our hotel.

Location is great. Service was good. Room and towels need updating.

Roaches dust aircon not working well unit hot curtains in room dusty and dirty not given soap and shampoo every day as me and my fiance used as we showered every day pipes underneath bathroom sink broken ect bad room. Left one day early cause got sick from dust.
