"Fantastic Resort"

The room was huge and spacious. The whole resort had a luxurious feel to it,and we were attended to the minute we entered with cold drinks and refresher towels while we checked in. Rooms were cleaned quite quickly considering the room size and everything you need is provided in the room (towels, robes, free mini bar). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay will be loyal returning guests to this resorts. The location of this resort is maybe a minute from the beach, the best restuarants (Natalie's and Back Pearl) were on our doorstep and so was the 7/11.

"Hospitality is zero"

Very Bad service..I booked for 4 rooms for our family.. ...treating Asians like rubbish.. they forced us to wait at reception counter for more than an hour until we sent them the confirmation emails from Hotels.com.. Hospitality is zero..,even trainees are more polite than actual staff..

"Bad experienced"

...3 rooms & 2 nights stay What we can say... hospitality is zero... treating Asians like rubbish.. check in for more than an hour..they will ask you to email your booking confirmation and wait untill they received it...very bad experienced ever!! treating asians like rubbish.. trainees are more polite than the actual staff...

"Hotel not too big and near to kata beach."

Small and compact hotel. 5 minute walk to kata beach and plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Rooms are comfortable,clean and quite roomy, hotel can be a bit noisy sometimes, breakfast is very good and plenty of choice. Pool is oka, but can be in the shade quite alot, but we never used it as we spent our time on the beaches in the surrounding areas. Staff are accommodating and friendly, English is passable, but to be expected as we are in their country. Overall I enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we were their from 6th February to 27th February.

"Good choice near beach and crowds"

Hotel is ideal for beach access. Kata is a bustling beach area reminding me of New Jersey beaches in summer. Lots of restaurants, hawkers, crowds and tourists. A few days here is plenty. The Kitchen restaurant is Great!!
