Aluguei esse hotel pra minhas crianças usarem a piscina e todos os dias q eles foram usar a piscina do hotel estava fechada, fiquei decepcionada!

I booked TownePlace Suites Harrisburg Hershey for its short commute to Hershey Park during the Breezy Bowl Chris Brown tour. The location was perfect for our plans, but the hotel itself showed clear signs of past mismanagement. Although we stayed on the first floor, the elevator was out of service, and the pool was closed to guests—both disappointing amenities to lose. What really caught me off guard was the $4 parking fee. I’ve stayed at several TownePlace Suites and have never been charged to park in their own lot. When we entered our room, it was uncomfortably cold—the AC was set to 47 degrees, which felt excessive. After adjusting the temperature, we noticed a faint mildew smell, likely the reason the room had been kept so cold. Unfortunately, the room condition didn’t improve from there: stained bed linens, torn curtains, water damage on the ceiling, and a dirty refrigerator. It was clear the room needed attention. On a brighter note, Nelson, who worked in the breakfast area, was a standout. He was polite, accommodating, and even let us grab breakfast after the restaurant had closed. That kind of hospitality was appreciated and memorable. I also spoke with the new manager, who had just taken over the property. He listened to my concerns, added points to my account for the inconvenience, and assured me the room would be taken out of service for cleaning and repairs. Overall, the stay was okay for our needs, but I’d recommend checking in with the property before booking to ensure improvements have been made. The staff is trying—but the facility has some catching up to do.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and this visit was the absolute worst. Check in was a breeze however that’s the best and worst part. The toilet was dirty tub was dirty the sleeper sofa was not clean enough to sleep on so we had to share a mattress. Two of us woke up with rashes from the mattress we slept on. The curtains looked like a cat got loose on them and shredded them. Absolutely disgusting. I called and spoke to a manager this morning and the only thing she could say was we were allergic to the bleach…. Are you kidding me ? This hotel has gone down hill in over a year and not worth the money, find another hotel and save yourself from the pain and the headache. I’m so disappointed….

Run down interior. Terrible breakfast.

The clerk was friendly and allowed us to check in a little early. The room was very nice, bed a little hard. Unfortunately, the shower had not been cleaned, purple soap on the ledge and no body wash. I booked that hotel because it had a jacuzzi, and it was closed both days we were there.
