Overall had a decent experience. The rooms were nicely decorated with a home-style vibe, which gave a more comfortable, lived-in feel compared to a standard hotel setup. While I appreciate that, it also means the more items and amenities you have in a room, the more opportunities there are to notice things that aren’t fully cleaned. Still, the room itself was enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and I was genuinely excited when I learned that breakfast here included real protein options rather than just carbs and sugar. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into disappointment. I went to breakfast an hour after it started and was told there was no more protein left, there were some eggs left, but the place was so tight and crowded, I could barely get to anything. This was especially frustrating because I had delayed my checkout specifically to enjoy a proper breakfast — something I hadn’t had at the other four places I stayed during my road trip. When I reminded the staff member that I had been told the night before there would be protein, all I got back was a quick “Yeah, it’s all gone. Sorry about that.”

After I checked in and got ready for sleep, there was a noisy occupant right above my room. After relaying the situation to front desk, the agent promptly found me another room which was great. In the morning, I realized I left a few items I didn’t grab from the original room that they kept for me. I’d say the best part of staying here was the staff. Much appreciated

Größe des Apartments war super, auch ausreichend Platz um zu viert beim Tisch zu sitzen. Personal war freundlich, Lage war mit Auto super, Geschirr war vorhanden.

Frühstück war sehr bescheiden in der Auswahl. Wir waren am 1.Tag etwas spät dran da war es nicht mehr möglich nur ein Brot zu bekommen. (8:50 und um 9:00 war aus). Am 2.Tag waren teilweise um 8:00 die Sachen aus und wurden nicht mehr nachgelegt, auch auf nachfragen nicht. Der Abfluss in der Badewanne hat nicht gut funktioniert - man ist knöcheltief im Wasser gestanden, nach einer 1/2 Std erst abgelaufen. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption gemeldet - war ihnen anscheinend egal.

I reserved two queen beds, but we were given only a single queen bed in an accessible room. Thus, my friend and I had to sleep in the same bed, which was less than ideal.

Rooms were very small and so was bathroom for being a 2 bedroom.

I have lovely stay a this cozy hotel room-- it was the perfect retreat. The space was thoughtfully designed, clean, and inviting, with just the right touches to make it feel like home. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the small details, like the soft lighting, warm decor, and welcoming staff who make the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended !!

The hotel has some serious maintenance and cleanliness issues with the rooms and the pool / hot tub. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite for Friday - Monday. It was me, my girlfriend, my teenage son, and her teenage daughter staying there. Upon checking into our room, we noticed that our room smelled very dank and musty. The bedroom that my girlfriend's daughter was sleeping in had the air conditioner filter fall out, and it smelled very musty in that room, as if the air conditioner unit may have had a leak going on at some point that was not properly cleaned up. Also, as each room only had a single full size bed, the plan was for my son to sleep on the pull out sofabed. Upon pulling out the sofabed, the mattress was severely smashed up and springy, and had nasty black spots all along the side that looked like mold / mildew. It was already 11:30pm, so when we informed the front desk, the most they could do at that time was give us an additional single bed room for the night at no charge (my son took this room), and then move us to a different 2 bedroom unit the next day...which they did. Upon moving to the new 2 bedroom unit the next day, the room smelled much better, but one of the bathroom drawers was crooked and out of place, so it wouldn't close properly. The worst issue however was with the pool / hot tub. The kids both got into the pool and the hot tub the last 2 evenings that we were there. After getting back home, the next morning my girlfriend's daughter broke out in a very itchy rash with blotchy red bumps all over her back and face. My girlfriend took her to the doctor, and the doctor identified it as hot tub dermatitis, which is caused from poorly maintained and unclean hot tubs. We did not notice anything particularly dirty looking in the hot tub (otherwise we would not have let the kids get in it), but given the maintenance issues with the rooms, it would not surprise me that there would also be cleanliness issues with the hot tub as well. I am a Marriott Vacation Club member and have been staying in Marriott hotels for many years, and this was definitely one of the worst experiences that we have had at a Marriott branded hotel. We do appreciate the front desk staff being friendly and trying to accomodate our room needs late at night the first night, bit overall the hotel seems to have some serious maintenance and cleanliness issues.

Loved the staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was awesome our whole experience there was fabulous clean and quiet great location for where we were heading. Stayed 5 days and loved it. Thank you for a beautiful vacation!!!!
