"Will definitely be back"

Clean, very comfortable, fantastic staff. We checked in electronically so when we got here, they handed us our keys already in a folder. It took under a minute to check in. The breakfast the next morning is the best I’ve ever had, exceeding most paid restaurants.

Check i was quick and painless. Room and other parts of the facility were pretty well maintained pretty clean. My only downer was the bed was not terribly comfortable. Overall a good stay, and would stay again.

"Bed bug bites after 1 night stay"

I stayed 1 night in room 205 on Aug 12, 2020 I reported the problem to the front desk and ask to talk to the manager who was not on the property. After 3 calls and no return call I finally spike to a lady at the front desk who relayed a message thatvthe exterminator has been in and I would be fully refunded the cost of the room but left with the dozens of bites and cost of medication and suffering. I never got to speak with anyone personally in management!

We arrived at 1:30 and were told check-in was at 3. Other rooms were ready - just not the one assigned to us. They refused to give us a room that had already been cleaned, claiming it was too much work. Told us to come back after 3. There was 2 other cars in the parking lot! Staff was lazy!!!

"Never will i stay again horrible customer service "

Clean hotel safe area. However our experience with front desk clerk who checked us in was horrible. She was incompetent. Charged my card after telling her i paid online. Not once but twice. I had to call my credit card company to get this corrected. She kept making statements that felt like she thought i didnt belong at this hotel .While clearly starting at my tattoos she said " your credit card will be charged for damages or in case you decide you like our towles better than yours, but nothing personal to you ." Absolutely made me feel unwelcome.
