"Nice Stay"

I was greeted warmly from the check-in to the check-out. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay. Was surprised the room was clean and did NOT smell of smoke. Room was very cozy. Would like to have had more light thought. Darkish room.

"Bad customer service, charged me twice "

The hotel was super nice. I reserved a room online and used Apple Pay. Once I got to hotel they said my payment didn’t work so they needed my credit card to pay again, I pulled up my banking info and showed them it had already gone thru my bank and they said oh that will go away once you pay this. So they next morning I still had two 192 dollar bills in my bank account, one from my online reservation and the other when she made me pay again. I went to the front desk that morning and the lady was super nice and said oh the reservation worked she shouldn’t have made you pay again and said she would reimburse me for that one and I thought she did with me right there. We leave and 30 mins down the road I realize she only reimbursed 160 even tho I had payed 192 twice. I was like well at least it’s 30 dollars. Well now they took that 160 off that they reimbursed me and charged me 160 again. I have tried to call and have not got help. So I reserved a room online and got charged 192 and then they made me pay 192 again and then they skimped me and gave me 160 back and now have charged me 160 again. I literally just rented a room and was trying to have a nice stay and got charged 352 dollars for it!

Lots of parking room for boats/trailers. Lady at front desk offered me the breakfast bar before it was open. Such a nice gesture as I was in a hurry for a fishing tournament. Very accommodating
