Where to start? Well, check-in was uneventful and the person at the front desk was super nice. We made our way up to the room and found out quickly that the toilet was broken. Besides that there were stains on the chair that I didn't want to know about. Got switched to a new room and more stains, this time on the bed platform and chair. But the toilet was working and, really, we booked this hotel for the hot tub. Do not book this hotel for the hot tub. I've taken hotter baths. The beds are creaky and SO uncomfortable. And our shower handle was broken in the new room, it migrated on its own, so the water was either scorching or freezing. Oh! And our room smelled like pizza from the moment we got in there. I'll stick to the Quality Inn from now on.

Breakfast was ok, maybe a better selection of food. Gray, biscuts and eggs were cold. No juice when I had breakfast.

Room was small. Bed was a standard size, not queen size. Shower was hard to regulate water temperature. Lighting was dim.

I arrived at 2:15 and they would not let me check in until 3 they had no rooms cleaned supposedly. Told me to come back in 30 minutes. When I can back she had one room clean and asked me to wait on the second. I went back down to the front desk at 3:30 to see if my room was available and she told me to pick which one on the first, they had several available as my room on the second was not ready yet. I did not request the second floor but it’s where they wanted me so my convenience didn’t matter. We went to dinner and the key did work when we returned I waited at the front desk ringing the bell for 20 minutes to get another one. She was doing laundry as I was saying hello she could not hear me in the back.

Mattress was terrible and tv didn't work in one of the rooms we had. Need to update matresses

Should have been told the hot tub was not working—big part of why we picked this hotel.
