Fairfield Inn & Suites Cartersville

I stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving , solo due to work commitments and even though I was away from my family, the manager Raini, and the staff made the experience much easier. They were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, which I really appreciated during the holiday. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel was overall well taken care of. Breakfast was nice to.......simple but fresh and what I need to start my day. I’m grateful for the kindness the team showed, especially Raini’s effort to make sure guests feel looked after. It made my stay much more enjoyable, and I’d definitely consider coming back. With my family next time of course !!!!

Where to begin… this stay was so brief yet so impactful. The night auditor Sair was so kind and checked us in so swiftly, the manager Erica got us gift baskets for celebrating our visit, and was so kind during our entire stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast attendant was also the most kind young man and attentive. The rooms were clean, and spacious. There were numerous amenities such as a gym and pool of course. I could not be more pleased with this visit. Everyone was so kind and I hope everyone they come in contact with sees how good of hearts they have.

Property was clean and kept up.

There were some cost cutting measures that made us uncomfortable. The refrigerator was not turned on. My husband turned it on, but it automatically shut off after 2 hours. Also, a sign in the bathroom said towels wouldn’t be replaced unless they were on the floor, so they didn’t have to rewash “clean” towels. We have to rely on the previous guest being honest that they used a towel or washcloth and didn’t hang it back up?

Breakfast was good. Room clean. Comfy bed.

The toilet in it was either was either Rm 221 or 321 handle would stick. We had to hold the handle down for everything to go down. Then we stopped to stay there about 10 days later on the way home. Somehow we ended up with the same room we had on our way down & the toilet was the same way. Both times spoke to the front desk personal. Second, visit the manager on duty was in charge, she thought it was fixed, but guess what if it was it broke again between our visits.

It was a short drive, about three minutes, to many good restaurants. The room accommodations were a good value with a bed that had good support and was comfortable. I; additionally, enjoyed the powerful shower head.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Tv was nice and easy to work.
