Fairfield Inn & Suites Cartersville

Once we got checked in, it was clean, quiet and relaxing. Staff takes a moment to be available at the desk, but patience hurts no one.

Convienient location. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable and clean.

TV, coffee maker did not work, air conditioning temperature had to be kept very low otherwise the room became stuffy.

Good room setup! And excellent service from the staff, front desk and breakfast.

TV remotes/TV's didn't work well, which made things difficult with our two young kids. The staff were excellent at trying to help us solve the problem, but those need to be fixed.

Accessible to highway and good parking. Helpful staff and clean facility which is what I value!

Do not stay at this hotel they charged my card for a stay on June 24th that we didn’t make or hold they will not return my money we didn’t reserve the room they had my name and number from a time we stayed in may . This hotel is crooked they will steal your money. I spoke to Erica the gm and she said to fight it with my bank. Their parent company saw my proof of emails with the gm ( she even messaged me back saying that it looked like I had stayed at their hotel that’s why they charged my card ) fyi the gm is the person who lied to me she isn’t going to tell them the truth.
