Not updated for the price of room. No hot water for a few hours

The reviews I read raved about this hotel. Based on my experience, I wouldn't refer to this as exceptional. It was ok but I will personally not choose this one again in this star and price category. The lobby was nice and clean and the breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options including for food allergies. The room was ok but lacked a bit in feeling fresh and clean. No major issues but some hairs on bathroom floor and some stains on comforter (which I wish NO hotel would use without a duvet, we're basically sleeping in other people's fluids unless they're washed after every visit which I assume no hotel does....). The coffee maker did not work and the toilet was running all night. We just needed somewhere to sleep so we ignored these issues and notified the hotel in the morning. No apologies for anything reported but overall polite staff interactions, nothing overly welcoming. Overall, an ok place to stay if you just need a place to put down your head and enjoy a large breakfast buffet. But for the price, I would personally choose a different hotel.

Their pet deposit is absolutely insane I had to pay $150 just to stay there one night with my pet. I have stayed there twice now. The first time we stayed 3 days this time could only stay one and still had to pay $150 needless to say I will not be staying there again.

Tv is outdated so is coffe machine need bigger cup for coffe then provided

Worst stay I've had at ANY Marriott hotel. . . I have stayed here in the past and this place has gone down. Lobby was clean, check in was smooth, front desk employees seemed helpful. . . Checked in on December 2nd for a 3 night stay, ROOM 430. After unpacking I saw a roach. . . killed it. Then a few minutes later saw 2 more. If I wasn't so tired I would have packed up and left right then and there. About an hour after in the room, my allergies started flaring up and it got worse throughout the night. Finally turned off the HVAC fan and things were a little better. Woke up about 4am after not being able to sleep well to begin packing again to checkout. Just happened to look inside the HVAC intake and it was caped with dust (no wonder my allergies were acting up). Check out, the front desk receptionist seemed to be surprised of my complaint and told me she would let the GM know when when gets in on Monday, December 3rd. I paid with points so, my unused points for the remaining 2 nights were credited back. . . No issue there. About 30 minutes after leaving the property, the receptionists called and informed me that she has spoken with the GM and that they were going to credit me back my points for the first night. Well, here we are 2 weeks later and nothing. Save yourself some trouble and find somewhere else to stay.
