The staff are very friendly and caring. They took very good care of us and went beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We were very comfortable and relaxed. Great bed and clean rooms. Ebony was such a delight at the front desk. She made us feel like family. ❤️ We will definitely come back for another stay.

"5 Weeks of Home Away from Home"

I spent 5 weeks in this hotel. Overall great place to stay. Wendy was amazing, handling the front desk and other random things I asked about like laundry baskets and places to eat. Wednesday night socials were enjoyable and I met quite a few new people, and the salad was good too. The staff together definitely made the place feel more like the good kind of crazy family. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip, either business or for fun.

The unique thing about my stay was that everyone was so nice and helpful that I was very impressed: Mrs. Wendy at check-in, Mrs. Stacy in housekeeping, and Mr. Tim at check-out. I will remember this place on my next visit to Greenville, SC. No dislike at all.

"State of emergency. Hotel took money didn’t refund but yet has no power."

I booked a room because of hurricane Helene taking the power out for days at our home not knowing when booking this room that the hotel also had no power! I couldn’t even get my money back and it was a state of emergency !
