Homewood Suites by Hilton at Carolina Point - Greenville

The stay was fine. The breakfast was awful. The eggs were over done. There was only pulled pork (which is an odd breakfast meat item) and chicken sausage patties which were so dry and overdone that they were like cardboard.

This place is horrible , if you are a person of color they will be prejudice and stereotype you . The staff was very rude and unprofessional , there are spreaders everywhere , and the rooms smell like funky like it has mold, and the toilet didn’t work it was clogged after my first flush of no toilet paper

Absolutely impressed with the stay, beat my expectations by a ton. The outside is pretty old, but the inside is clean and comfortable and looked great. Really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was good, had breakfast tacos every day and there is an excellent happy hour on Wednesday.

Verey Clean and great staff

It's positioned directly in front of the VA & less than 1 mile from ECU or Eastern AHEC. The staff was kind & knowledgeable. The grounds, common areas, & my room were nice, very quiet, & clean. My room, a king, had a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove top, utensils, desk, & a sofa. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled amazing. I'll definitely be staying here again when I'm in this area.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Access to and from is easy. And it’s close to Whole Foods! When I arrived, the representative took time to chat about the hotel. When I left, Ebony let me check out a little after checkout time and she said, in the most sincere way, to be sure I come visit again. I will. This place is a winner!

Extremely well ran property, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice A/C. Excellent location, next to many of other similar hotels property, parking is well lit at night, great shopping, rigth by Whole Foods grocery, and many eateries, just minutes from Costco. Free mini lemon cookies, and complementary water was a nice treat. Breakfast was promt, and wood variety, a self-serve waffle station for warm and crispy waffels every monring, also the grits was tasty. We had a family emergency which caused us to travel to Greenville, staying at the Homewood. From Tim to Mike to Kaione, and the rest of the entire staff, all where professional, caring and helped us in every possible way. Every single day they asked about our relative. I will definetly recommend this location, very happy with our stay. Thank you.

Property and Staff are excellent. Clean and friendly. Definitely a repeat visit the next time in the area. Easy check in process and breakfast was great as well. The location is also suited for a variety of restaurants and local fare as well.
