"Wonderful Anniversary Getaway!!"

Just returned from a four night stay at Lancaster Homewood suites to celebrate our 33rd anniversary ! From the very first phone call inquiries we made with Alex and Kayleigh, the smooth check-in with Duann, and the excellent Service we received the days we were there, it was a wonderful experience! Manager Kevin has a great team of folks that really care about you and want to insure that your stay is above excellent! Location was convenient to everything that we had on our list to do in Lancaster especially, the Sight and Sound Theater! ( we Highly recommend that as well!) The suites were spacious with kitchen, a full size refrigerator and plenty of room to make meals. The breakfasts were wonderful, we enjoyed using the fitness room in the mornings and the indoor heated pool every afternoon, were able to relax around the outdoor fire pit one night, which was lovely, and we so enjoyed the manager’s evening reception on Wednesday night! Nate did a wonderful job on the breakfast and the reception! We can’t wait to go back next year! Thanks team for a truly exceptional anniversary getaway!!

Room was comfortable and well organized. Nice entertainment selections on the TV Breakfast selections were OK. Only suggestion is to provide better housekeeping services. We needed to make a special request for new towels after 3 nights. Light cleaning of the room (especially bathroom & shower) would have been nice after 2 nights.

It was for the most part fantastic. The area where my room was located was a little noisy because it was on the ground floor next to the door and I could hear people coming in and out all night. The previous guest also so kindly set the room alarm clock to 3 am….which was not something I wanted to happen the night before I was taking the MCAT. Room was clean and staff was kind and courteous.
