Overall clean and good location.

Internet speed was slow with no option for a higher speed option. Water pressure was really low.

Room was clean. People above us unfortunately were super loud and the hot tub was down all weekend other then that great stay.

I really like this property and my husband and I have stayed here at least three times, while visiting friends. However, this visit was a little shaky. We were first given a room that smelled terrible. The front desk personnel swiftly switched us and told us the room shouldn't have been given because it was under repair. Our next room was perfectly fine. We then wanted to use the hot tub but it was in disrepair, of which we were notified upon check in, but still disappointing. I think the sum of the incidents will stop me from rebooking but it's still a quality hotel. This just tells me, it's time to change our Toledo hotel to something a bit more ready to receive mature travelers.

When I'm traveling for work for extra-long periods of time, it's nice to have a room to go back to that doesn't feel like a hotel. Residence Inn gives me that home-away-from-home experience. Clean, spacious, comfortable suites, and delicious cookies too! Will stay here again (and again).
