Residence Inn Toledo Maumee

Pool and hot tub closed at time of booking and time of stay without notification. No hot breakfast as advertised due to low staffing. No water pressure in shower/bath. Very disapointing.

The room was bad, toilet didn't work, pool and hot tub was not available to use and water pressure was very low, room could have use a better cleaning.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the hot tub & indoor swimming pool. Both were closed, no explanation.

Overall our stay was nice however, when checking into room we learned hot tub and pool were closed due to repairs. We chose this hotel because it did have a hot tub and were very disappointed on arrival to learn we were not able to use it.

No water pressure. Purple tv "no color". $100 pet fee is abusive. Won't stay there ever again.

This is an older hotel and not what we expected from a long term stay hotel. First the kitchen sink was clogged. We reported it and the desk clerk said they would send someone to take care of it only it was late in the evening so we asked to be notified before someone could look at it. Never heard from anyone. The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose. Their were a miniscule amount of kitchen utensils, one pot, no pans, no large mixing bowls, which should be provided if people expect to cook while staying there. When the heat came on, it smelled like maybe filters needed to be changed. I'm allergic to dust so I was continually congested when I was on the room. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress sloped to the middle so we rolled to the middle when trying to sleep.

I love the stay, every person was super friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub warm and big. The room had everything we needed and plenty of space

We stayed at the Residence Inn Maumee for one night. We had a suite on the second floor that included two bedrooms with king size beds and each room had a full bath. One bathroom shower was not funcitonal. The other bathroom had a strong cigarette smell that became worse if you ran the fan. The lamp to the left of the bed did not funciton. In the common area, the carpet was frayed on the edges where it meets the tile to the kitchen so there were gaps where there was no flooring. The worst part of the stay was the sofa bed. I have included a picture to reflect the stains that were present. We had intended on using this bed for one of our children. Upon inspection, we decided we would rather sleep three people in one of the king size beds. Clearly this mattress needs to be replaces - staining and tears. We contacted the front desk about the above and were told a manager was not on duty, but that we would be contacted. We were never contacted and it's been almost two weeks since our stay. We contacted Marriott Corporate and they offered us a credit of Marriott points (5,000 points). The hotel was $196 for the night.
