Wonderful staff, decent breakfast. Room set up was nice

Sink clog, some broken cupboard doors. Staff was nice, got a repair complete. Offered to change our room

The staff was amazing. Everyone we had an encounter with were very friendly and helpful. There was a good variety for breakfast. It was hot and tasteful. The rooms were great and the beds were comfortable

The pull out bed was uncomfortable but that is to be expected.

The hotel is nice and quiet. The first room we were given had dirty sheets. the front desk person, Josh, was very apologetic and quickly got a different room. The second room is better and the bed is clean. The chairs and rest of the room are so so. Hair and dust on the chairs.

It's a great place to stay, but their parking lot gets crowded after 6PM. Breakfast, pool, and hot tub are awesome. Bed is comfy.

I can’t knock this hotel. It is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Check in was efficient, the room was clean and the free coffee/breakfast was plentiful. When we ran into a work issue we requested a late checkout and were granted it. Overall The Residence Inn is worth its value.
