The clerk was very friendly and nice.

Shocking, do not book if you are form the UK. I booked a stay here and arrived for check in. I was told they need to take a security deposit for the both rooms that I booked of $30 per room. I tried to tap my credit card 3 times and it didn't work so had to use another card. Upon inspection of my bank the 3 failed attempts on my credit card they took $300 per failed transaction. I have contacted them multiple times and this has still not been refunded despite them saying it has. Avoid at all costs

Very easy from I95, restaurant close by. Property is clean, along with the rooms.

So far good except the shower is stopped up. I don’t like sanding in my water while taking a shower. I didn’t contact them because I don’t want to love to a different room or have someone come in to fix. We drove a long way today and we want to reat

Staffing was awesome. Very friendly.

Room was great. Separate sitting area with TV and pull out couch made it feel like two separate rooms. Wish they had a bottle of water waiting for you. Very quiet.

Clean rooms friendly staff

The internet was out of order. Two very tech savvy people tried three different devices. Or, if there was no problem with the internet, then the instructions/user-interface needs work.

This was my second stay here at this location in the past six months! Was a bit disappointed this trip with my stay! (1) the elevator was not working properly, front desk staff had to let everyone on the elevators each time you required to go to upper floors! (2) returned to my room the second night and room had not been cleaned, bed unmade, bathroom not cleaned!!!

Nice Hotel, good for space centre, could do with a make over, tided. But general good.
