Fairfield by Marriott Titusville Kennedy Space Center

Keshawn, the evening front desk person was friendly and quite helpful.

Front desk staff lady Betty was rude. Elevator didn’t work for the entire stay. Need to call front desk every time to get down. Betty Denied upfront water bottle for rest of the stay except first day. Betty said if you don’t like the breakfast there is something wrong with you. This was unwarranted. Even after request for room service, they didn’t do the service. Email manager and haven’t received a response.

Tired hotel in need of a refreshing. Rooms dated. Can overlook the fact you needed to call front desk to get the elevator, But at Marriots prices it should be better than a Days Inn. This location no better than an economy hotel. I expect more from Marriot.

Met expectations, elevator was down, so steps were only option.

Clean, good breakfast, convenient, good area restaurants

The elevator didn’t work the entire trip and I had elderly people with me who had to travel the stairwell. Very unfortunate. Very inconvenient.

Property looks neat and clean. Very easy walk to a restaurant.
