Nothing. The only good thing about the hotel were the staff.

For the price and the reputation, the hotel was very basic and dirty. The room was dusty, bed was worn out, bathroom towels seemed like they were super old and uncomfortable. The guests at the hotel were very disrespectful and noisy and drinking throughout the night and the staff/security never bothered to action it. Overall, the rooms are really uncomfortable and filthy. Would not recommend this place if you are planning to spend more than a night.

Not value for money paid The staff charged me twice for breakfast on 06/09 and we're not prepared to rectify their error when pointed out and started to play the blame game still have not been refunded the amount they had surreptitiously overcharged

A lot Firstly we weren't provided enough pillows sheets and towels My son had to sleep without pillows and sheets Had to ask repeatedly only to get them on the third night.they only provided for two guests even though my booking clearly stated that we had booked for three adults

This hotel has so much potential - if only management puts more training in place for staff!! Especially housekeeping- my room still had dirty dishes ,bathroom sink was not clean!! I even asked to change the bed linen just to be sure!! Very disappointing that this was the new wing , expected more !! I stayed 2 nights(Sat/Sunday ) room downstairs partied all night!! Beer bottled littered the common area by the pool - dirty tables not cleaned from night of drinking !! But hotel is in a good area in town by the river ,walking distance to town and the market . Owner and management please be proud of this historic hotel in Labasa

TV not working, Floor not sweeped properly,no teaspoon for coffee. Cocroaches inside bathroom.
