Location and friendly staffs

All was good

No wifi and can’t make phone call without getting the front desk involved

It was such a poor service, Manishma, the receptionist was very rude because she did not pass on the message to her co-workers who started her shift at 2pm, there was no proper communication delivered from Manishma to her. All our languages were left in the lobby not being out away in our rooms respectively and I had to do it all by myself with my brother. How is it fair to me as a guest to pay for the stay at the hotel and do the potter work by myself as well. What I was paying for then, when I had to do everything on my own. The toilet paper roll was on the floor in the restaurant area for two days straight.

Our luggage was not put away, no proper hygiene was done for the toilets, shower curtains in the bathrooms were not clean. The sheets were not clean. The waitress took my order and went up to the front desk at the reception and forgot to bring my order of food and drinks on time. The invoice was not provided to me as it was promised by Manishma that it would be upon checkout. It was such a total waste of time and money at the hotel. The swimming pool was so dirty as well.

Friendly staff and very helpful. The lady at the reception desk was excellent and deserves a lot of credit. She helped me out very well, had it not for her, I would had not wanted to return again.

Mosquitoes in room, cockroaches in room, restroom was dirty, mirrors had marks, electric jug had water and another roach. Had it not been for the fantastic service on the counter, I would had been extremely disappointed. Kitchen menu had wrong prices and quantity for breakfast too less.

Busted back door with only a chain holding it mostly closed with a car park behind hidden from view. Most insecure.
