Excellent Exceptional

Had the pleasure of staying in a private pool room this time which was stunning with a domed starlit ceiling and private sun deck. Breakfast and evening meal was buffet style and catered for all tastes both English and Greek with plenty of choices. Only downside to hotel is the distance from both Lindos and Pefkos, anyone with walking difficulties and those that can't be bothered has to take a taxi (approx 7 euros), it is very steep in both directions and takes a good 20 minutes hard uphill trek. I would recommend to anyone staying that they book either a superior room in the new block or a deluxe room with private pool, as the older ones round the pool are small and do not look very comfortable, although I would say that the main hotel pool is very big and very clean.

wonderful hotel quite and peaceful. very good service and atmosphere 15 min wakk from lindos and the amazing st.paul bay.food can be better but simple and good.

Hotel was lovely stayed in classic room for 1st night due to arriving at 10pm which was a very primitive room however transferred to superior room following day, what a huge difference felt like I had changed hotels. €8 for cab into lindos we took a slow stroll from the bottom of palace beach back to hotel and took just under an hour, the only slight annoyance is there is no local supermarket however the drinks and lunch prices were reasonable in the hotel. Would definitely recommend

FROM THE FIRST MOMENT WE STEPPED INTO THE RECEPTION OF LINDOS SUN IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THIS WAS GOING TO BE A LOVELY EXPERIENCE. WE WERE GREETED WITH HOMEMADE LEMONADE WHILST HERO CHECKED US IN, THEN WE WERE TAKEN TO OUR STANDARD ROOM WHICH I MUST SAY WAS VERY NICE, TOILETRIES, HAIRDRYER BALCONY, LOVELY LIGHT AND AIRY. THE POOL WAS LOVELY MUCH BIGGER THAN NORMAL AND ALL THE BEDS HAD UMBRELLAS, THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE AND ALL FRESHLY MADE, THE BREAD AT BREAKFAST WAS ESPECIALLY GOOD. THE WHOLE FEEL TO THE HOTEL WAS COMPLETELY CHILLED WITHOUT FEELING LIFELESS, THE BAR AT NIGHT HAD A LOVELY ATMOSPHERE, ON FRIDAYS THEY HAVE A LIVE SAXOPHONIST AND ON ANOTHER NIGHT THEY HAVE A JAZZ SINGER BUT IF YOU JUST WANT TO RELAX THEN YOU CAN DO JUST THAT. LINDOS ITSELF IS ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK UP A SLIGHT HILL IT WAS A GOOD WAY TO WALK OFF ALL THE DELICIOUS FOOD, WE OFTEN DID THE WALK TWICE A DAY. LINDOS IS A TRULY MAGICAL VILLAGE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE SOMETHING A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT. WE HOPE TO RETURN TO THIS LITTLE CORNER OF PARADISE IN THE NOT SO DISTANT FUTURE!!

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was well done. Food was outstanding. Staff wonderful. Room clean and maid service was excellent.

A very pleasant whitewash and clean hotel complex which was relatively quiet during the time my friend and I stayed there which made it feel peaceful, it was at the end of the holiday season. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. There was minimal guide maps, the map we got of Lindos was in Greek streets nameless, however one cannot really get lost in the town itself. It was a good 10 minutes uphill walk to the centre of Lindos Town which some people may find off-putting. This hotel was near to a fairly busy road which we found a bit annoying when relaxing outside.

We had a week here and a week in Rhodes town to meet with friends, would rather have had 2 weeks here and visited Rhodes town for the day. Stayed in superior room, which was clean and comfortable. They advertise the coco-mat beds and we did sleep very well. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Heard people complain about food not being brought out at breakfast and that at 9.15 supplies had run out - this is a 3* hotel offering fantastic location, good food and friendly service - if you want endless supplies of food then book a 4/5* hotel. For the price paid we had excellent value for money and used the "free" half board option on 3 nights which was international rather than Greek food but perfectly ok. Bus stop into Lindos/Rhodes and Pefkas right outside the hotel so we didn't need a car. Lindos was a good 15 minute walk away and can imagine the walk being difficult in heat of the summer but taxis only cost 6 Euro. Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a peaceful location but close to Lindos. We relaxed from the minute we arrived.
