"good value of money , staff were pleasant and smiling. Shuttles for the whereabouts where on time .."

It has shuttles going to the beach, oldtown and Naama bay for free and they will come back to you in certain time they give enough time to roam. the dinner buffets where good variety. they have entertainment.

breakfast were the same for the past 5 days.. no complimentary water bottles given per day.

Only the shuttle service and its driver were good.

Very disappointing stay: unwelcoming staff and no basic courtesy (not even a bottle of water). The room did not match my booking (2 adults + 2 children), and extra beds were charged. Half-board options were limited (no Coca-Cola included). Finally, both the food quality and service were poor, with no sense of welcome at the restaurant or reception.
