elevator hard to find when you want come up and down

Elevators were busy. With such a busy facility, additional elevators could have helped.

Condo was clean and just perfect for us. Great view of ocean. Gorgeous kitchen. Elevators were tough because of the number of people. But overall my best stay in PC Beach

I liked the venue and the room was nice and clean I also like the location

Waiting on the elevator was a challenge constantly,when I was checking in African lady was rude and I couldn't understand her well also try to get any assistance was horrible they kept saying call your booking agency we can't help you and couldn't get ahold of them either.

I loved how close it was to beach. And the balcony was great. The view and the sound of the ocean was terrific.

Our room was advertised as a two bedroom but was only a one bedroom. We had 7 people in our party. They gave us an inflatable mattress which was helpful and helped us get on with our vacation. Also, the elevators were slow. Not sure why, but we managed.

Patio furniture was not comfortable to sit on

Very clean and well decorated in rental and around the property. All the staff very friendly and helpful . Security was visible and helpful. Restaurant/tiki bars and activity services offered on property, chair rental, jet ski. but banana boar, parasailing, very convenient and friendly.

TV wifi went out in , reported. Elevators slow.

The condo itself was very nice, however the overall facility was terrible!

The wait time for the elevators was completely unacceptable! I don’t mind waiting 3 or 4 minutes, but 10 - 15 minutes or more is completely unacceptable! Then to make matters worse, one of the three elevators was not working! In addition, the internet never did work. we called several times to get help and they never did get it to work. Also, the tv was not clear. I’m not sure if that had to do with the internet or not, but we were not impressed.

We had a very good stay. The room was amazing and clean. The whole resort in it's self was ran to perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to know there was 24hr security and that you could only access the resort with a special wrist band that only ages 13 and up had. We will definitely be returning. This place is a 10 out of 10.
