The ambiance, the space was beautiful and functional. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean.

The pillows were so big I felt like I was sleeping sitting up. But it was very comfy beds!

Our room was on the 8th floor -- which is where the pool is located. Unfortunately, we were not advised that you would hear 'gurgling' and 'water noise' all night long. Nothing could be done. Needless to say, there wasn't another 'comparable' room available. The hotel is an older hotel.
