Hotel Indigo - Memphis Downtown by IHG

The room we had reserved shortly before was not available. The hotel said they were sorry, but we could park our car for free. However, the final bill included a $22 charge for parking, and the hotel did not respond to our complaints. The price included breakfast, which was available from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. We received a voucher for four people. However, when we tried to redeem the voucher in the morning, we were told that it was not valid. Complaining to the hotel did not help either. From 8:30 a.m. onwards, there was extreme noise in the hotel, so there was no chance of sleeping in. The hotel did not respond to our six complaints. Complaining via Booking.com did not help either. Conclusion: This hotel cannot keep its promises! The hotel cheated us twice over. ---- Das von uns kurz vorher, reservierte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar. Das Hotel saget, das tue ihnen leid, dafür können wir das Auto gratis parkieren. Doch auf der Schlussabrechnung war der Parkplatz mit $22 verrechnet und auf Reklamationen reagiert das Hotel nicht. Im Preis war ein Frühstück dabei, welches von 08:00-11:00 bezogen werden kann. Dafür bekamen vier einen Voacher. Duch als wir diesen Voacher am Morgen einlösen wollten, hiess es, der sei nicht gültig. Auch das reklamieren im Hotel brachte nichts. Ab 08:30 war ein extremer Lärm im Hotel, von Ausschlafen war keine Rede mehr. Das Hotel reagierte auf unsere 6 Beanstandungen nicht. Auch das Beanstanden über Booking half nichts. Fazit: Dieses Hotel kann ihre Versprechungen nicht einhalten! Das Hotel hat uns ganz doppelt betrogen.

Proche de Downtown.

Le check-in était prévu à 15h, il a fallu attendre 17h30 pour avoir la chambre.Personnel à l'accueil pas sympathique. Grosse arnaque avec le petit déjeuner qui se prends dans un restaurant en face où il n'y a pas de choix et il faut payer les taxes et pourboire.Le 2 ème jour on l'a pris en chambre. Eau de la douche à peine tiède le 2 ème jour.

At det sto at frokost var inkludert men det var det ikke. Det kostet ekstra selvom i min booking sto det at det var inkludert. Dårlig vasket og kun et håndkle selvom vi hadde booket for to stk.

Lage ist super. Zu Fuss kann man gut die Beale Street, Peabody Hotel und Main Street erreichen. Fire Museum auch nicht weit weg. River Walk kann man auch gut zu Fuss erreichen. Frühstück im Nachbarlokal. Gutscheine werden vom Hotel ausgegeben. Trotzdem muss man zu zweit 12 Dollar Fee zahlen. Das Bett war super bequem.

We had to wait 90 additional minutes to check-in because rooms were not ready. No water available free or for sale in lobby. Staff indicated waiter had not been restocked for days. Poorly managed property. Not fault of staff.

Great location, very quiet on a Sunday night

My only suggestion is about the breakfast option. It should be a bit more specific to guest how does it work, as the restaurant does not belong to the hotel.

Parking costing $22 dollars was a rip off the hotel isn’t that nice to charge for parking. I would not stay there again
