Hotel Indigo - Memphis Downtown by IHG

Did not realize parking was $22 a night the hotel isn’t that nice to charge for parking.

Hotel Indigo was unique, interesting and in the downtown area. Staff were friendly and the bed was very comfortable. A/C worked well. It might have just been an off-day, but my room wasn’t too clean. The night stand was covered in a dried, spilled soda (or something). There were pieces of tissue on the floor and the carpet had not been vacuumed. The keurig coffee maker was pretty dirty in the water receptacle. There was an iron, but no ironing board. All of the soap and shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. There was no bathmat. I would stay again, though, and just hope for a cleaner room.

The breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant and, even if included, you still have to pay taxes and gratuity. Also, you can only have a certain dish on the menu and one beverage, everything else has to be paid for.

The aesthetic is nice
