Size of the room! The cleanliness!

The pool which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel was for the indoor pool. The hot tub was out of order and looked like it had been for awhile now.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was very dirty, and the bedding was uncomfortable. The air did not work very well in the room. We had to get slippers because when we wore our socks on the floor, there was a ton of dirt and hair that stuck to our socks. When getting into a hot shower, the corners of the shower were full of hair and dirt. The body wash was not refilled, and there were just not a lot of extras like makeup remover, lotion, etc. We paid for the bed and breakfast. We went down to eat about 9 am, and the eggs were hard, there were no potatoes, and the fruit was not filled. The worst part was that the dining area was so cold when we set our plates down, and when we came back after just grabbing silverware, the food was freezing. I have also never been to a hotel, much less a Hilton, that did not have multiple options for cream and sugar. We had intended to hang out at the hotel a little closer to check out, but the breakfast and coffee were so bad that we decided to pack quickly and head out to buy a coffee and breakfast.

We had a room with a lakeside view. Nice big room and beautiful view. We stay here often and look forward to it each time.

Convenient to my venue

The highlight of my last day at the Hilton in Granbury was breakfast, entirely because of the chef, Catlan. He went above and beyond to make my meal exactly how I wanted it, paying close attention to every detail. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and his professionalism and skill really made the experience special. Catlan is an exceptional asset to the Hilton!
