Hilton Garden Inn Granbury

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that is thanks to Scott. He made the entire experience memorable from start to finish. Scott was incredibly accommodating, genuinely personable, and consistently professional. You can tell he truly cares about guests, and that kindness shows through his employees—everyone we encountered was just as warm and welcoming. The view from our room was incredible and made the stay feel even more special. It was the perfect little getaway with my boyfriend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be returning, and it’s because of the exceptional service Scott provides. Highly recommend!

The location is ideal. Right on the lake and within walking distance to the square. Several cute boutiques right across the street and along the walk to the square. The Lobby was beautiful and the walking path around the hotel along the lake was wonderful.

Our room was clean but I had a hard time breathing. Something from the A/C was really bothering my sinuses. It made it difficult to sleep as my sinuses kept filling up and draining down my throat causing a sore throat. Additionally the A/C seemed to kick on when you were up and moving around, but then when you went to bed it did not kick on that often so we would get hot while we slept. Never found the “sweet spot” for the A/C temperature.

Tyler’s omelets were superb but that’s not all. Breakfast was the most important meal there is! Make sure it’s a good one with Tyler’s 3 egg omelets. Including jalapeños, bacon, sausage, cheese, onion, sliced peppers, and topped with salsa! Awesome! I would have added a picture but i ate it too fast.

The 3 ice machines where down we had to go get ice from the bar, and one elevator was down. We went down for breakfast and wasn’t acknowledged so we left.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean all round, just so convenient! Thank you!

Pool was murky, all ice machines broken, elevator broken. Staff was very friendly and thank God there was a bar.

Check in clerk was friendly and bar tender was nice. Enjoyed the "trial" smash burger. I'd suggest the patties be way thinner and the onions be sliced a lot thinner, but overall it was delicious! The manager was not only unfriendly but unhelpful. Room was bad. When we walked in it smelt like stinky feet. Access to the bathroom was very hard because the doors to the bathroom and the room would collide so you couldn't have them open at the same time. Bed was uncomfortable pillows were terrible and the shades are absolutely useless. There's a light that shines into the bedroom that these thin little shades do not block and it is bright all night long. Will not stay here again.
