"Horrendous. I filed a grievance with Hilton corporate office. Requested full refund."

I was told that I could not receive the complimentary breakfast because I booked my stay through a third party.

All of it. Rooms dirty, staff curt, denied complimentary breakfast. Clerk would not give me a copy of my receipt.

"The whole community was so friendly and the hotel just added to our wonderful weekend"

It started with the front desk. Very friendly and accommodating. Bar tender was so fun. View was outstanding. Comfortable bed and pillows.

One of our neighbors was a bit loud but that's not on the hotel. I can't think of a thing I didn't like

"Great Hotel!"

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast there. They have ample space up front to sit and visit and watch TV. The staff are very nice and helpful when looking for places to have dinner or just head out to walk around!!

Wish the TV was up on the wall. When you are laying in bed it is tough to see the TV.

It was very nice. It was my son’s honeymoon and they went above and beyond for them. They even put rose petals in the room that we brought up for them to decorate the room. Thank you so much for making them feel special on their special day.

Staff very nice, Clean rooms, pool and spa; boardwalk was great; walkable distance to the beach and the historic downtown. Breakfast was good.

a/c didn't cool much as expected over night..; maybe because ours was on the top floor and the weather outside was not too cold? but had to get up couple of times in the middle of night to make sure the a/c was working...

"We were given a shared room we didn’t ask for, and the noise made the stay miserable."

I like the location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and proximity to a main road.

The walls are not soundproof enough. We were unexpectedly placed in a shared or split room, even though I never requested one. We gave the room a chance and ended up with only a few hours of sleep.
