I am most impressed by the staff at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. Gladys saw I was walking with a cane and went out of her way to help me. She took good care of the luggage, made sure we had a room near the elevator, placed my suitcase on the rack, and ordered a second rack for my husband. Little things mean a lot when you are managing a temporary disability. Kudos in general to the staff and to Gladys in particular.

We had a remarkable hotel stay experience. Elijah Langston's hospitality service is truly exemplary and stellar. The Hilton Inner Harbor is one of the Best Hilton Hotels nationwide. The hotel gym has state of the art fitness equipment and it's pretty cool that it has a view of the Orioles Stadium.

This was our first time in Baltimore and the team at the Hilton made it memorable, for all good reasons. The entire team, especially Octavia, made all the difference! The view from our room was epic, overlooking Camden Yards and the second night we had the addition of a separate living room. Absolutely AMAZING!!! Every single staff member was extremely pleasant and made us feel very welcome. We can't wait to come back!!
