Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor

In praise of Linda Leon The Baltimore Washington UMC has met annually at this hotel for several years. This year, the overall all experience was good but the registration process and encounters were difficult for me. I had a unique situation and in each encounter the problem was met with indifference. Then I encountered a shining star in the person of Linda Leon at the front desk. She listened. She explained fully how my problems came about and acted on my suggested solution. She was kind patient and never lost her smile. I love that I encountered her. Praise God for her spirit of helpfulness and caring

Everyone tried to make my stay an experience. From being greeted warmly as soon as you walk through the lobby, to asking many questions at check in , to returning to my room finding it totally spotless. The staff go above and beyond to my your stay great. I would stay at this hotel over and over.

The Hilton was great! The room was clean and quiet & the best commute from the ballpark! The best part was breakfast! Northan was the best omelette chef and entertaining too! I would have given 5 stars, but we were supposed to have a room facing the ballpark, but when we got there they had given it away. We had booked 6 months prior to our arrival.

Chef Norman is excellent. He is always so professional and friendly. I have been here for several years and he is always cheerful and cooks excellent food.

Each year when attending a conference we look forward to breakfast prepared by Chef Northan. His customer service skills are exceptional!

I went to the convention and hotel was ideal location with access from within the building. Hotel had the room ready ahead of the checkin time. Room was spacious and clean. All the staff were very helpful.
