Knights Inn Wabash

Building falling appart, poorly mauntained and out of date.

Location was good for where I needed to spend my days. The hotel's restaurant was closed so no options for meals.

Stayed 3 nights. This particular room had a few issues. The tub was slow to drain, refrigerator didn't work,(they would have brought a different one but I didn't need it) I was locked out once something to do with a faulty lock. I have stayed there before. I will stay there again. It was ok for the money.

Friendly, comfortable, convenient

Reservation through expedia was not honored because they had no record of it. Was charged. higher rate than quoted on the website, and upon reviewing my banking online saw the pending expedia charge was dropped. While I am afraid I may be getting double billed, it appears that this hotel may be up to something financially shady and possibly illegal. Besides this, the room is pretty nasty, with a fairly unsanitary bathroom. For the price (assuming I am only charged once), I suppose you get what you pay for. Still...

Floor needed vacuumed. Musty odor, dated hotel. Too pricey for the experience. "free wifi" was non-existent. Cable is maybe 30 channels. 3 of which would not come in.

Good accomodations for the price! Restaurant on site had good food, service was slow, but it was a Sunday. Decor is dated but rooms were very clean and staff was nice.

Not so good. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat and for the amount of money we spent they should have offered continental breakfast. There were no cups for the coffee in the room

Worth the price, but very old facility. Room was clean and bug free. Bed was OK. Pillows were not great. My main complaint is that Expedia claims "free continental breakfast" and the hotel says that has not been the case for a LONG time, but they cannot get Expedia to change that??? There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, but that ended up being $20 for 2 of us including tip, so with that in mind, the more expensive hotels in town, don't sound that much more expensive.

Order stated there was a continental breakfast, but the staff said nothing about it. Had to buy breakfast in the attached restaurant separately. Stay was overall good.
