Hotel was very run down and did not have the amenities that were advertised.

Nice place clean would stay there again the pool was clean and enjoyable

Finding cockroaches in one room, nobody available to assist with refunds and an associated that didn't know his job and charged me twice. Also, your Expedia associate giving me a $25 voucher for the previous in Kokomo booked that also was cockroach ridden AND charging me more than what I paid for the Knights Inn stay. YOU charged me $85.16 and it was only $68.46.

Dead bugs in room that were not taken care of after 3 night stay. Sheets were dirty & not changed

The bed was comfortable. The WiFi is horrible we got kicked off every 5 or 10 minutes. The pool was full of bugs and there was drunk people outside all night. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Okay for a one night. Kind of old and run down, but worked for the night Towels were thin, scratchy, and smelled of mildew

Property is an older hotel, but owner appears to make needed repairs. Grounds look good, roof appears new, metal work is painted. Bathrooms are clean - shower tiles look new and, unlike many hotels, there are no holes from repositioning of the shower curtain rod. In all, it's a nice place. Staff is accommodating and low key. Restaurant connected to hotel serves really good food at reasonable prices. Worst thing? A/C units a bit noisy, but tolerable.

It's a cheap hotel that offers everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The king sized bed was comfy, the water remained hot throughout my bath, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. I've stayed at other hotels where I couldn't sleep due to the noise but this hotel was very quiet. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay for someone who needs a place to sleep.
