Lovely hotel close to everything. Staff were awesome highly recommend

The location was great. The room was very comfortable, the decor was wonderful and bathroom very nice and clean. Flora, the evening host was very nice. She have us great recommendations for sites and restaurants. She even prepared a bag breakfast for our very early departure. Roula the day host was very helpful and friendly as well. We would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Chania.

The room was excellent, it was huge! Basic but more than enough for a couple of days stay… it was very comfortable. We were on the first floor, the staff were faultless and they made us the most delicious picnic for our day when we went to the Samaria Gorge! It’s so close to the centre/water front but quite all the same. No disturbances from outside.

The breakfast was alright, nothing too exciting and perhaps time might be better off finding somewhere in the town.

What a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in the Old Town of Chania. Spacious, comfortable & extremely clean rooms. The super friendly & lovely staff made our stay even more wonderful. Thank you to Roula & Flora, as well as the lovely cleaning lady 🤗 The breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend a stay here when visiting Chania 😍

The hotel is located very close to the Venetian port and the rooms are decorated considering the age and history of the property. All the staff we met were welcome and helpful. We loved the nicely equipped showers and the plentiful breakfast.

We had a room with a view over the Venetian port and that meant climbing some steep stairs up to the third floor. We admired the ladies working at the hotel who were able to do it without breaking any sweat at all!😀

Localização, staff muito simpático e prestável e pequenos almoços muito saborosos e muito diversos.

L’emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville et au calme, la propreté, le petit déjeuner très correct, et le personnel très agréable et disponible. Un grand merci à Roula pour son accueil chaleureux et ses bons conseils, notamment le cours de cuisine que nous avons suivi, c’était vraiment sympa.

Établissement sans ascenseur et jusqu’au dernier étage (3eme) ce n’était pas toujours facile, mais ça fait faire de l’exercice. La literie mériterait d’être changée, pas confortable du tout.
