la mancanza di un ascensore è una grave mancanza. In Italia non sarebbe neanche accreditabile un albergo senza ascensore.

The room was beautiful, spotless clean, very nice facilities, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly with all our needs and gave us excellent recommendations. Would definitely visit again next time.

Mind the stairs going to the hotel, and in the hotel. It is not a negative, on the contrary it give the building and the town its architectural beauty, but it may be a bit challenging for families with small children.

Centrally located. Right in the old port. Close to the water.

We arrived at 8 pm. By car. I tried getting close to drop off luggage. It was impossible. I left my wife in the car while I ventured on foot to see where the hotel was situated. The distance and the flood of tourists on the streets was astonishing. I couldn’t see how I would drag my luggage through the cobblestone streets through the crowds to the hotel. In the end we left our car and luggage in the car over night and walked on foot to the hotel. Once we found the hotel it was past 11 pm. Hotel staff had left. The key was left in a lock bock. This was seamless. We learned that being on the top floor ment climbing four flights , up and down every time you needed something. In the morning with the crowds gone we slowly brought our luggage back to the hotel and up the flights of stairs. The last mention is that the room was too small with very please to put toiletry and bags.
