Porto Del Colombo Traditional Boutique Hotel

We were greeted by a beautiful lady Roula who made us feel at home and treated us like family. Flora who also was another staff member always went above and beyond to help us just like Roula. The staff made our stay the best and the owners of this property should be very proud of the excellent service these ladies provide as it would not be the same without Roula and Flora. Roula was so warm and helpful and we actually thought Roula was the owner. Roula helped us organise excursions and packed us a breakfast box to take to our excursion. Roula advised of best travel options which were always economical and in our best interests. Flora always provided wonderful referrals of best places to eat which always exceeded our expectations. It was definately the staff that made our stay with Porto Del Colombo exceptional. The beautiful old building gave us a very good experience felt very homely and location was the best only steps into old town. Thank you wonderful ladies for making our stay one to be remembered forever.

Everything was just perfect nothing to dislike

Beautiful building in historic center yet quiet

Wonderful people working at the hotel. Very beautiful, very authentic and yet comfortable environment. Soft beds, cold AC, nice liquor in the room. Antique, well-crafted furniture throughout the room and in the lobby. Books left by visitors on a bookcase one floor above the reception. Breakfast was hearty with strong espresso and unique jams and pastries and fresh bread and meats and salads and fruit and fresh juice. The location also is quite magical. Cobbled walkways wind around, you might find fig trees growing among ruins. Pick them! You can walk to beaches or right into the bustle of the old city.

Very good location and excellent staff. They helped us with everything, recommending great restaurants and interesting places to visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This place was amazing. Never met as nice staff in the 20 days I've been in greece. They will pack breakfast for you, help you out any way they can. They give you beach towels. The breakfast was fabulous and the room was awesome. I would definitely come back. The bed was super comfy.

The stairs, but i knew that I would have to climb the stairs when I booked it.

Well maintained 700 year old building. The staff was very helpful at check in and secured a taxi for our departure time as they have limited # of taxis in Chania on the morning of our departure. Excellent coffee and a big and varied amount of food that was very tasty at breakfast. Very pleased.

Κατ" αρχάς, μας άρεσε το εξαιρετικά ευγενικό προσωπικό που ήταν πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι ζητούσαμε, από πληροφορίες για την πόλη, για εκδρομές, για την ιστορία του κτηρίου μέχρι και πρωινό σε πακέτο, όταν έπρεπε να φύγουμε νωρίς από το ξενοδοχείο. Δεύτερον, νιώσαμε περήφανοι που μείναμε σε ένα ιστορικό κτήριο της παλιάς πόλης των Χανίων. Η ατμόσφαιρα, τα έπιπλα, οι πίνακες και τα αντικείμενα μας μετέφεραν σε άλλη εποχή. Τρίτον, η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εξαιρετική για βόλτες στην παλιά πόλη. Δεν θα μπορούσα να παραλείψω να αναφέρω το όμορφο καλωσόρισμα που μας περίμενε: λουκουμάκι και τοπικό λικέρ. Επίσης, το πρωινό είχε μπουφέ με φρεσκότατα κρητικά προϊόντα και όλες οι χαμογελαστές κυρίες του ξενοδοχείου μας ετοίμαζαν όποιο ρόφημα επιθυμούσαμε.
