The location is perfect to be in the old town port area. The staff was very accommodating. I had two early morning tours and they packed a breakfast for me to take along on the tour. All of the staff was terrific from directions and restaurant recommendations to arrange for a taxi for to and from the hotel. I definitely recommend and if I return to Chania this is where I would stay. As an FYI no elevator but I believe that is the norm for this area of town. 10 +++ rating. Charming and authentic. Superb Greek hospitality.
