度假村的接送机服务很好，让人难忘，从用车到人员，都有别于其他酒店、度假村。 度假村很大，很安静，适合在村里休息。海滩没人，但是水草很多，不太适合游泳，不过，无边泳池很美而且人很少，大人孩子很喜欢。 早餐有美式、菲式和日式，量很大，吃过早餐后基本不用考虑午餐了。菲式早餐是我的首选，尤其是那个牛肉,好像叫Beef Tapa，和烤鱼，接近中餐。晚餐也不错，有乐队，点了著名的Anak,很美好的晚餐体验。 度假村比较贴近自然，所以免不了有蚊虫蚂蚁骚扰，适合喜欢安静、自然的人度假。

친절한서비스 만족스럽구요 아무래도 좀 외곽에있어서 아로나 나가려면 툭툭이나 택시이용해야합니다 그외 시설너무 깔끔하고 저희는 빌라 씨뷰 풀빌라 묵었어요 킹베드 하나와 주방, 식탁있고 약간 쇼파같은 베드 2개있어 4명이 충분히 주무실수있어요~

超级棒！

All was perfect. II really dislike only that You get a bill at the restaurant. Carrying Cash or Credit Card with sou at a beach and pool place is the horror. The restaurant should clear the bill with the hotel.

This accommodation was comfortable however for the amount of money it costs it needs to address The up keep for their rooms the bathroom had seen better days as had some of the plugs however people very very pleasant

Hôtel très bien conçu, au calme idéal pour des séjours reposants loin de l'excitation de grands clubs. Le personnel est sympa, la nourriture correcte et les villas originales. Cependant deux ombres viennent ternir le tableau : une infrastructure vieillissante non rénovée (avec de plus une plage qui ne correspond plus aux photos...) et un déficit de services (bar de la piscine fermée, sports nautiques discrets et services du lobby restreints). Bref, un tarif haut qui ne se justifie plus...

部屋が広く、プライベートプールがとても快適。毎日プールも含めて清掃してくれるのでとても気持ちがよかったです。 エクスカーションもこちらの希望を汲んで、最適なスケジュールを組んでくれた。従業員は誰もかれもとてもフレンドリーで、最高でした。 また行きたいし、友人にも勧めたいと思います。
