전반적으로 편안하고 직원들 또한 친절했어요. 다만 옥외에 욕실이 있어 위생과 면역관리면에서 많이 부족해보였습니다. 또한 중심가에서 먼거리에 있는만큼 마사지.헬스케어,리조트내 마트 등의 편의시설이 보강된다면 최고의 리조트로 평가되지 않을까요!^^

가족여행 5박을 예약하고 처음으로 필리핀보홀 에스카야리조트(그랜드빌라)을 가게 되었습니다. 삼일째 되던 날 아이들은 룸에 있고 남편과 인근 마트에 다녀오다가 호텔입구에서 전동카트(버기/골프카트)를 탔는데 커브를 돌다 제가 카트에서 떨어졌습니다. 운전하던 분은 당황스러워하며 스파실로 데려갔고 거기서 너무나 엉망인 응급처치를 했습니다. 왼발이 접질리고 왼발에 아스팔트에 떨어져 상처가 세군데가 났죠. ㅠ ㅠ 늦은 시간이라 일단 마무리하고 그 다음날 호텔매니져의 사과라든지 직원의 사과는 전혀 없었습니다. 여러곳의 여행을 다녀봤지만 이러한 태도의 호텔은 처음입니다. 서울에 돌아오자마자 너무 화가나서 글 올립니다. 다시는 가고 싶지 않고 추천하고 싶지 않은 리조트입니다. 가게되시면 꼭 여행자보험에 가입하시고 안전에 유의 하시기 바랍니다.

Nice location. A bit tired and needs more water in gardens as very dry. Not sure if there is water problem on island. Entrance road very rough but looks like updates are happen. Has potential to be good place but lots of work needed on facility and staff training

It was so nice. Pool was fantastic and service was excellent. Food was very delicious(even room service). They served massage for free(for once) which was very good.

The staff was outstanding and the villa beautifully located with spectacular views. Attention to details prevents a more positive review. Our under the sink cabinet door was hanging loose; tiles in the infinity pool cracked and some missing; pool deck tiles broken, etc. The little things that add up and cause a less than rave review.

Hands down one of the best resorts I've been to! Each private villa comes with its own balcony lounge area, private pool, and my favorite, a very relaxing open air 2 person jacuzzi bath tub. Best of all is the warm hospitality and first class service of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They anticipate your needs before you even ask. With a limited number of villas, it is never crowded. Eskaya is a perfect place to relax.

The staff are pleasant, and very accommodating. We just have a few comments, there was no welcome fruits when we arrived just what was written on there web page, the bar was not refilled my kids are looking for chips and chocolates... Needs improvement on the cleanliness of the Villas.The main pool also needs improvement. They should add choices of food during breakfast . But my kids enjoy the pool and the whole villa itself. It was a fun filled weekend for all of us. Thank you Eskaya staff. We loved to stay again :)
