Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine

We had a great stay overall! This is a wonderful place for families with kids, especially ages 3–10. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although housekeeping could do a better job checking supplies—our body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty when we checked in. We originally planned to stay just one night but ended up staying three nights because we received a great offer, which was an awesome deal. The water park was perfect for kids. The pools weren’t too deep, and I felt comfortable letting my 12-year-old explore and play without worrying. The outdoor pool bar staff were fantastic—always friendly, entertaining, and creating a fun atmosphere with great vibes. The location was excellent, very close to the mall, which made it convenient for shopping and dining. My daughter was a little too old for some of the kids’ activities and story time in the lobby, but she still enjoyed watching and participating in parts of it. The food was good, although I wish there were a few more options for Asian families. As for pricing, we knew ahead of time that it wouldn’t be cheap, so we were prepared. Some examples: * Parking: $25 * Cheese pizza: $20 * Hamburger meal: $15 * Bottled water: $4 * Poolside cocktails: $16 * Beer: $10 * 1942 tequila shot: $32 (which was actually cheaper than what we usually pay) The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, we felt the experience was worth the money, and we would definitely consider coming back.

We visited Great Wolf Lodge, Grapevine Tx., We planned a one night stay, arriving a couple of hours early before check in, and were able to receive a room upon arrival! Everything was great that first day, Definitely so much fun at every turn, We sadly just couldn’t squeeze in all the fun shows and activities that are hosted in the Grand Lobby 😢 After our day checking my App for morning shows, Was offered a chance I just couldn’t refuse, Talking it over with my husband, We decided to stay one more day so we could celebrate our daughters 4th Birthday, The second day we definitely were able to celebrate and attend all Story Times & Meet & Greetings! We have another Birthday next month and have already decided that we will be back to celebrate! Thank You Great Wolf Staff For Making Our Memories Special!

We had a great time my only complaint is the elevators are extremely slow.

Super fun for the kids! So much to do! Included food packages in our stay to keep it simple. Highly recommend!

It was overly priced but we had fun. They never adjusted the final payment even though I talked to them twice. The waterpark was pretty crowded and noisy. The breakfast and dinner buffet were really good but again overly priced…In the room the pull out bed did not pull out… it was broken. They charged me for three people and it was just my son and me…The view was of the parking lot. Somewhat clean in certain areas. Great atmosphere… great people. Property felt comfy but again very over priced. Wow, pretty amazing place. It was over an hour drive and no one explained anything to me until the second day. I did not know that the park closed at 8pm. Small bathroom…

The staff was absolutely amazing!

We honestly had the best time ! We are already talking about going back . Everything was extremely clean and all staff was very polite and helpful.

Rooms were not clean and one of the beds was broken so was the toilet.

Staff were nice and friendly. Check-in was good and so was check-out. The rooms were clean but beds were not comfortable at all. To the junk beds and the queen. The balcony/patio door to our room did not work the lock was busted. So we did not get to enjoy or balcony despite spending the extra money for it. Getting around the building was fine. Location was good we never left the hotel because there was so much to do there which was a plus. If you pay for the extra add ons (virtual frontier for example) try to get there as soon as they open to make a reservation because you won’t get to experience it. My family did not get a chance do to the amount of reservations in front of us. To book a reservation you much get there as soon as they open to put your name on the list. The pool and restaurant were good service and clean. I recommend the hotel just not add on packages because the lines/reservations might not let you get to that especially if you only stay a weekend like my family did one night for swimming only is allI recommend. Don’t waste the extra money for add-ons because it is not worth it.
