From the beginning to the end this beautiful lady helped ❤️ me have the best experience EVER in the entire stay with my family . Experience with knowledge in deals and upgrades Wonderful suggestions for us as we waiting for our room to be ready. She could literally fill in the blanks before I opened my mouth on any idea's or something to do during our stay . Hands down I truly appreciate everything you've done 💯 🌟 🤩 for you melyssa your truly amazing at going the extra mile for the guest. We had a wonderful time for our kids birthday 🎂 celebration Thank you so much as a return guest for the last 14years I must say this experience was the best 👌 ever ❤️ 😄

She was the absolute best with my son who has having the hardest time with the games. She made this trip the most fun for our kids. I’ve never encountered someone who did the best job at making this the most magical experience

This was our family's 5th GWL location and each one is always a little different from the rest. I found this one to be the most modern and well designed but I found the hotel to be too big. I've never seen a GWL with 8 floors. That many rooms equal a lot more guests, while the water park and attractions felt the same size as the smaller GWL locations we've visit in the past. This made it feel very crowded in the waterpark and in the hallways. We waited in long lines at the slides and my kids complained they couldn't complete their Magiquest games because several times they had to wait in lines of 4-5 kids to complete tasks that took 5+ minutes per kid. My kids got frustrated waiting 20+ minutes in line to do one part of the game. We never had this issue before at other GWL locations and it made us feel like we wasted our money for this activity. I will say every staff member we interacted with was very pleasant and professional and the room was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the room being available at 10am on New Years Day, which was quite a nice surprise.

Amy was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Like .... THE BEST EVER. Knowledgeable of everything the park has to offer. We don't usually take advantage of everything the parks have to offer, but I'm sure it had something to do with how it was explained before vs. now. We come every year but to a different location. Thanks to Amy and a few others from the crew, I'm pretty sure this is going to become our staple location; and we just arrived today.

Martin waited on us twice at the buffet and was so very kind and courteous. We never had an empty glass, he cleared dishes promptly, and asked about things we didnt even know we needed! He has his own personal pen and ticket book that added a very high class level of service. He deserves large praise!

Elizabeth was amazing at check in. This is our first experience at GWL and she was super helpful and attentive. She explained everything to us and made us feel at home.

We came back to great wolf after an awful stay at a different resort in Texas over Christmas. When Carolyn came over to greet our table, she remembered us and my daughter. She was so kind and even found the cutest little unicorn for my daughter. On our first visit to great wolf in September, celebrating my daughter’s first birthday, we had Carolyn as our server and she was wonderful then. How amazing to have someone who remembered my family and greeted us so warmly. It really made us feel like we were home. It absolutely saved our vacation from our previous experience at another resort. Her and other staff like her we encountered are reasons we will be pack members for life.

We recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX - and it was honestly one of the easiest family trips we’ve done. Everything is in one place — the indoor water park, activities, and food — so there’s no rushing around. My kids loved the water park, and I loved that it felt safe, clean, and actually relaxing as a parent. We stayed in the KidKamp Suite, and it was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for traveling with kids. I loved the separate bunk room and the fact that a pull-out sofa was also included, in addtion to our Queen bed. The outdoor patio was surprisingly relaxing and became our favorite place to slow down. I was worried about the noise level while we slept (because I came with my own sound machine - my infant) - but I didn't hear a peep! I even had an infant with me who of course cried, but no disturbances for our hotel neighbors. That was top-notch for sure! I loved that once we parked the car - we didn't have to leave until we checked out. Dining was delicious and I am so glad there were several options available - including a Starbucks for a quick pick-me-up throughout the day. The staff was so friendly and helpful - and because we stayed for two nights, they even started to call us by our names. That to me, was so thoughtful. It’s one of those trips where the kids have fun and you don’t come home exhausted. If you’re looking for a family getaway that’s simple and fun, Great Wolf Lodge is such a good option.

Check in took 20-30 minutes and it was late at night. Purchased a Bear Suite, and the faucet didn’t turn on. Attempted to contact service, but no one picks up the phone or answers texts. Terrible experience for me so far!
