His service, attitude, and professionalism was by far top notch! For his explanation of the menu, to his help with our ordering at kiosk was just the start! Upon delivery when our food was ready, he made sure our order was correct and served it with a smile! Needless to say, we ate at Fat Burger again on the second night of our stay just because the food was delicious and his service was exceptional!

I think there are too many and confusing supplemental packages that provide various degrees of discounts. Just a flaw in this type of entertainment industry, never just a one price covers all.

This man took awesome care of me and my family was very knowledgeable about the menu as well as the venue. I was super impressed

4 days was just too much. Our family, two adults, a 10 year old and 14 year old, spent four days at the Lodge. While pretty much everyone we encountered was very nice, everything was geared towards much younger kids. Few things we learned: 1) get the fun and food package. All the extra stuff (bowling, laser tag, ropes, etc) is REALLY expensive on its own. You’ll want to do them repeatedly. 2) BRING SNACKS. I cannot stress this enough. Food is EXPENSIVE. Your room has a refrigerator and a microwave. Utilize them. 3) Bring more than one swimsuit, and some board/card games to play during downtime. All at all, it was a fun experience, but I doubt we’ll do it again.

Absolutely just amazing service from Carter ! It was Saturday March 7th and it was cold and raining outside. Needed a cart and none was to be found . Carter literally said give me 5 mins I will take care of you( to my family ) . He came back well within 5 mins with a cart. Just absolutely wow ! He also proceeded to says is there anything else I can help you with today. Carter thank you so much for taking the time to well ensure our time here ! You’re a rockstar

In February of 2026, I photographed an event at Great Wolf Lodge, Grapevine. The staff were very helpful and checked on me throughout the stay to offer assistance. The food was delicious. I had no idea how many options were available! The first evening I ate at Timbers Table & Kitchen. It was a buffet style, and everything I tried was wonderful. The second day I ate at Fireside. The portions are very generous and can definitely be shared. I had the tomato soup and macaroni and cheese! I was craving comfort, and it was perfect. My room was quiet, clean, spacious, and comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out and have space for everyone in your group. I had been concerned about the noise level with the attractions and water park, but they do an incredible job of containing any noise. I didn't hear anything all night! I drove in from the Denton area, and it was very easy to get to. After looking at all the attractions and how generous they are with accessing the water park for the full day of check-in and the full day of check-out, the value is outstanding! If we were to pay for water park admission for each member of our family, it would definitely cost more, not to mention all the other attractions on site! The atmosphere was warm and happy. I can't wait to bring my kids!
