Express hotel

Nice hotel located in center walkable from train station. Staff was normal when i was about to check-in no staff stay around counter i need to wait for staff some minutes. Room equipment was quite old but still function. Toilet was so clean but it look little bit old. Overall was ok.

deceptive listing. this is tucked away in a sketchy courtyard, 10 min walk from arbat st. unfriendly staff. holes in linen. definitely not a hotel! its a hostel with private rooms charging hotel prices. dont bother.

THe hotel is in a good spot near the train station but everything else is mediocre at best. They charge to hold your bags and the bed is small and hard. Room needs remodeling. Anyway, it's ok if you just want to come to Kiev for a few days on a budget.

Pretty typical hotel for the location. Breakfast was local style but perfectly fine. No problems with Internet etc. Hotel was warm despite being -15c outside.

Look the hotel is horrid, out dated, uncomfortable, cold, no hot water, barely warm

The bed in my room was very small and uncomfortable. Every morning I had a back ache. The room was freezing and the heat barely works. When I asked to switch to a bigger bed, the reception asked asked for a very high additional payment.

This was a nice location. There were plenty of sites to see and the Metro station and rail station were close by.
