Express hotel

My original booking was for "superior" room - that is redicules size. I had to pay additional to upgrade for a "suite" which is not actually a suite by any standard. Bottom line - stay away from this place. go only if there is nothing else available in town. Kiev has great places to offer!

Greta location!

Soviet style, renewed and well maintained hotel near railway station and in walking distance from city's centre. On my trip to Kiev I've decided to stay in 3 different hotels and I have to say this was the worst option of all, but still would choose same room if location would be most important thing for me. Room was big enough for two with small balcony. It had the worst bathroom of hotels I've stayed in Kiev hence it has lowest ranking. No water pressure and worst toiletries as well. Also this hotel has no rooms with double bed in economy and standard class! Staff was ok, speak English. Maid serviced the room while we were inside and changed towels only, even didn't ask do we need clean sheets etc. ) First day there was a bad internet service. Very small and old TV if it's important for somebody.

Really good value for money, comfortable enough to sleep over, though rather basic by the design and services, but hey, why paying ridiculously high amounts for basically just spending the night in a hotel...

Great location, very walkable and convenient location, booked suite with 2 bedrooms, clean neat rooms with AC and balconies, daily room service and complimentary bottled mineral water, friendly staff, first morning there, tried restaurant on 16th floor for breakfast buffet and wasn't impressed enough to go back, however restaurant on the first level with a terrace is a gem: amazing cooking and attentive staff! Everything was beyond expectations and added to overall superb impression! After long years abroad, didnt know what to expect from this trip, now looking forward to come back for a longer visit next year. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend!!

We loved the hotel: nice, clean, central location, 5 min walk to a subway station, very helpful front desk staff. There is a water tank in the lobby so you can refill your bottles as you go out. Our room actually had two rooms: a bedroom with air conditioning and a separate small living room with a TV and sofa. Both rooms had balconies with a good view. Overall: we had no complaints at all, would happily stay there again.

The staff here were pleasant and respectful. They helped me in any way they could and were always polite. The hotel was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

It was for one night only for waiting for morning flight. For this it was absolutely nice. Close to railway station, very good and helpful staff. Good bad, small but clean bathroom. Very small room but for sleep enough.
