Amazing hotel, amazing food, amazing entertainment team. This hotel always goes above and beyond for the guests, wouldn’t stay anywhere else now

Hotel brilliant. Entertainment well at looking after customers. Vasiji brilliant with my family making sure we had a good time

NICE HOTEL BUT NOT A 4 STAR ! Booked a quick short trip witj my husband and 2 teenage daughters ! The weather is marvellous says 23 degrees feels like 26 as long as it's not cloudy. The hotel however although the staff are lovelyI think is over priced and over rated. Room and hotel : front of house look spectacular and lovely but everything behind the scene has seen better days, although it is clean. Rooms are run down as in cracks, scuffed flooring, rusty hangers chipped wood ,could do with a paint , I would have expected better based on price and pictures. No amenities in the room other than shampoo, shower gell and a towel. I would have expected small things like slippers, gown, toothbrush or shower cap and no free daily water bottles either .Food: it has choice as most nights are a buffet but super basic but again eating area is clean and servers are really nice. I paid for all inclusive and I feel im getting just room value. I probably would not come back unless it was much cheaper.

Just returned after a six night stay. Firstly transfer (I know this isn’t down to the hotel) was horrendous - but to make you aware the bus drop you at the bottom of the road and there’s a bit of an incline to negotiate with cases. Check in very good, hotel room was very basic - we paid for standard and I guess it’s what we got but the room definitely needed some upgrading. Pool nice with usual sunbed reservations! Food was Ok, dining room was pretty canteen like. Animation team very pleasant. Evening entertainment not great. Entertainment in lobby bar too but it was very noisy with people talking whilst the act was on so not great. Drinks just Ok. Had much nicer cocktails. Hotel pretty central. Safety deposit boxes €3 a night. Ice creams chargeable - we didn’t have one but one was out on our room 🙄 .. hotel took it off but beware no one needs to sign but just give a room number ! Pool towels refundable deposit. Don’t think we’d visit again but plenty do

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and great entertainment for children. My daughter is 2 years old and she was welcomed wherever she went by staff members. She especially enjoyed the mini club with Simon! The food on offer is also fabulous and prepared very well. As a pregnant woman, I felt well catered to food wise too. The only alteration I’d make regarding the food is to ensure customers have access to soft drinks throughout the day. I noticed after breakfast, the only drinks available in the restaurant were fizzy drinks, alcohol or water. The room we stayed in was very spacious and well cleaned on a daily basis. The only thing I would like is an option for a slightly dimmer bulb in the bathroom as it can be quite a shock to the eyes after sleeping. All in all an absolutely fantastic hotel, I would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

The staff,food,drink and facilities are still as wonderful as ever,which is why we returned.However the new air con restrictions means that we won't return.The air con is centrally controlled,rendering the individual control in the room worthless,it's either on or off,no fan control or temperature control Our room was 26c all week, with no means of lowering temperature,goodness knows how bad it must be in the height of summer.The new Spanish air con regulations states that hotel rooms can be controlled individually but,either Las Dalias or Iberostar have decided to save money and control the rooms centrally.It was a very uncomfortable week,and reception are very aware of complaints but claim " it's the law". Unfortunately we won't return for a 6th time,as we feel that functioning air con is essential nowadays.

A classic Tenerife crowd-pleaser. Super friendly team, great food choices, and spotless facilities. The pool area is brilliant and always feels lively but never chaotic. You can see how much the staff genuinely care — it’s one of those hotels where people return year after year for a reason.

Every single person has been amazing, from reception, the cleaners and the entertainment. I cannot fault this place at all, different activities during the day to keep you busy. Evening entertainment is class and I have no idea how they remember so many routines. The alcohol is proper makes and they are not stingy.. really enjoyed my stay
