Iberostar Waves Las Dalias -All Inclusive

Excellent trip, and great food and entertainment. Had the best time everyone at the hotel was amazing. Would definitely come again.

Vasilj was very entertaining, including and funny 😄 The rooms are a bit small, but we are here for the sun and the pool 😍☀️

Our 3rd time here and the place never fails. Food and drinks are top class but it’s the staff that make the place - from the entertainment team to bar staff, reception staff and everyone in between. The rooms are always spotless. Great hotel.

Group of 9 people, including 2 pensioners and a 2 year old. On arrival, the coach was unable to drop us directly outside the hotel. So a short walk up a hill was required. This was a little inconvenient, as we had 2 pensioners in the group. But we all managed to get the cases up between us. Speedy check in, will a welcome drink on arrival. Allocated rooms, and wrist band, which also doubled up as the room key. This was a great idea, saving having to carry a key card around all the time. Rooms were average size, and clean. Some of the furniture looked a little tired, but served its purpose. No tea and coffee making facilities. First time I've been to an all inclusive hotel without a room kettle. Luckily I already knew this, so took one myself. But kettles can be requested from reception for a small deposit. Water machines available outside the rooms to get fresh drinking water. Facilities were good, wide choice of food in the restaurant and outdoor snack bar. Ice creams avaliable to help yourself Drinks were ok too, sometimes the outdoor bar got a little busy, especially at evening. Entertainment was enjoyable and the kids mini disco was perfect for our 2 year old. Pool area was clean, pools well maintained. Plenty if sunbeds, but the usual problems getting up early to secure a space. Kids pool and large pool heated. Close by to plenty of amenities, shops, bars, restaurants. Most of the staff were very polite and pleasant. Entertainment team worked hard. On the whole a good stay, all the family enjoyed it. Would definitely try an Iberostar hotel again.

First impressions on arrival were wow, the reception was set up for Christmas and staff were very welcoming. Room was bright and plenty of room for 2 adults. Beds and bedding were very good and comfortable. Water dispensers placed throughout the hotel, great idea. Food was great and variety was excellent, staff were excellent and the entertainment team were top drawer 🤩 the spa room was lovely but ideally not situated in a great area, I think with a bit of thought and expansion you could have a great spa going on here!! My only grip with the hotel was having to pay for the safe in our room, come on, a 4 star hotel should be providing this facility for free. Over all a nice stay.

Stayed here before Covid twice and always enjoyed it … this time not so much! It definitely has gone down in standards.. although they renovated it .. it was done cheaply and already starting to look shabby… the rooms are really small.. and we had one over looking road which was VERY noisy… last time we stayed bit too bad but I think Tenerife has just got amazingly busy now. The beds were uncomfortable but asked for a mattress topper which made a huge difference so we were happy with that. The staff are wonderful and there is a friendly vibe in the hotel… food was great some nights at dinner and I there’s not so good.. the snacks were terrible so only had them once. The wine was awful too… typical all inclusive! The adult only section is an oasis compared to main pool. A big thanks to Airiada.. think her name was that on reception… she was so helpful and kind.. I think if you want a short all inclusive break it’s ok.. if you want a bit more upmarket area and hotel it’s not for you.. and it’s between 3 main roads so I think all rooms will suffer with traffic but especially the standard ones on the main reception road. Upgrade if you can . We will choose a better hotel next time .
